  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
    • Opened or used e-liquid products.
    • DIY e-liquid ingredients (e.g., VG, PG, flavor concentrates, nicotine solutions).
    • Any product that does not meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
  3. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
